  2. Linda always hands me my straw and throws out my wrapper as I fumble around, getting my exact change. I don’t ask. She knows that simple gesture makes my day a little happier. That is priceless.

  3. I am a longtime customer of wawa and currently live next to one. I found out that evening shift doesn’t care about their employees because one cashier didn’t get to leave until 15min after her shift!!! I work retail and it can be tough…LET THEM GO HOME MAN! WE GOT SHIFTS FOR A REASON!!!

  6. Store 05185. It is the best store I go to every morning, and Cindy Cindy, Jamie Cody, the three of the best people, has a smile; it is a great way to start my day.

  7. This morning, I experienced a pleasant experience provided by a young man named Jay. Jay works @ store 05364, which recently opened in a neighbourhood I frequent often. Impressed by his positive attitude and helpful suggestions when using the kiosk for ordering, I had to share. He utilized a perfect opportunity to inform me, a devout Wawa customer, how my favourite smoothie could be and was much more enjoyable. His management will commend Jay for the outstanding customer service he provides as one of our local high school students who works in serving the local community. I’m confident that his parents are proud—just an overall great kid.

  8. Last night, I had to make a pit stop for gas at the store (5263) on 678 Blanding Blvd, and I met one of the sweetest employees ever. She was super attentive and made my drink perfectly! Typically, late-night visits to gas stations are quick and uninteresting, but Dee was very welcoming, and I noticed she also engaged with other customers. You can tell she loves her job!

  9. Phil and Victoria are bright lights on busy mornings. Always smiling and willing to help. I love when they’re working because their pleasantness is contagious, and I carry that through my day.

  10. Recently, I was in WaWa Store Number 05270 and purchased a couple of smoothies for my granddaughters. When getting into the car, my granddaughter dropped the smoothie inside the vehicle, spilling the cup on the floorboard. I went inside to get another one, and Leona came to my aid and helped me get another one. She also came outside to give me clean clothes and clean up the mess. I was beyond grateful for her, and she went above and beyond to help me. I already spoke to the store manager, who said she would mention it in the store to other employees. Please see that she gets recognized for her helpfulness.

  11. I visited store number 08129. And I encountered an employee by the name of Brian. I dropped my yeti coffee cup on the floor, and he volunteered to take me to the sink and clean it up. I just wanted to give Brian special recognition for Superior customer service!

Her attention and care for her many customers and any issue they may have treated with respect and individual care. Sadly, people like her are scarce. I wish Wawa would hire more people with her skills, knowledge and experience, and it would greatly benefit your absolute bottom line.

  16. OMG!!!! I came to Wawa around 12 or 1 pm today, 11/11/23, which was ridiculous. Those two girls on the register were not friendly and kept looking for my favourite cashier, Mona. She was sweeping the entrance. I love her vibe when you come through her line. She gives you a friendly welcome. Need 5more Mona 😄

  17. My wife and I came to 1008 Bethlehem, North Wales, and were greeted with a beautiful sync throwback. We also observed how clean it was. I don’t know who the gentleman was; I should’ve gotten his name, but he was excellent. It was only two workers there. I feel that Ashley was getting slammed by online orders, but she handled us and our orders with care and love. She was killing it back there; we were all rocking out to sync. “It’s going to be me “. She smiled at us; she was super bubbly and had a perfect attitude!! She needs a raise!! Hey, Ashley, I told you I would do it! You are unique, and my wife and I appreciate your superb customer service. We came in around 12 something. It takes work to come by good quality service!

  18. I wrote the comment above. I’m tired of getting ripped off when she should’ve rung up by the roll, not the pack of each, and she should’ve given me eight dollars off the jewel. It was by two get eight dollars off. She did not do that either, so in other words, I paid $95.46 for three items that should’ve been around $60. I bought the same items a couple of days ago and have receipts. I am very, very upset about this. I am just tired of getting ripped off. Wawa is not the only place you have to watch. Every person blazes an item these days. As my daughter was getting married, I didn’t think clearly as I had so much going on because I would have kept catching that. 100%, but I was running around picking up items that she needed, last-minute things, etc. Thank you very much, and I hope this can be fixed as it should be.
